⚙️ How It Works

Understanding the READEE approach to building reading skills

The READEE Approach

READEE combines the latest research in reading science with engaging, interactive instruction to help children build strong literacy skills. Here's how it works.

Step 1: Assessment

Every child begins with a quick assessment that helps us understand their current reading level and identify specific areas of strength and need. This ensures each student starts at the right place.

Step 2: Personalized Learning Path

Based on assessment results, we create a customized sequence of lessons that targets your child's specific needs while building on their strengths.

Step 3: Daily Practice

Short, focused lessons (10-15 minutes) provide practice in three key areas:

  • Phonics: Systematic instruction in letter-sound relationships and decoding
  • Vocabulary: Building word knowledge through context and direct instruction
  • Comprehension: Developing strategies to understand and think about text

Step 4: Adaptive Instruction

As your child progresses, READEE continuously adjusts to provide the right level of challenge— not too easy, not too hard. If a child struggles, we provide additional support and practice. If they excel, we move them forward.

Step 5: Progress Monitoring

Regular checkpoints assess growth and ensure your child is on track. You can view detailed progress reports at any time, showing exactly what your child has mastered and what's next.
